With Carmart and (Sapulpa) as long as youre purchasing a vehicle, everyone has great customer service skills but after you have purchased that vehicle, they no longer give a care about anything that you need or want for your vehicle, including taking payments today tried to make my payments I was $.45 short $.45 short from my payment being in full and they would not accept my payment after some words were said, and some cooling off time came back up there, and someone else helped me and come to find out the original person w... read more

We make payments on our car and they call and say they send them back, which we do not receive the repayment and say they are going to repo the car. They refuse to talk about it and just say they sent the payments back.

This place sold me a car for $20,000 and I've only been able to drive it 8 days. Does not run, and they will only fix it after paying them $75. I file lawsuits against scammers and looks like this one is a perfect fit for that. Buyers be aware

Went to purchase a vehicle, went through with the purchase agreement. 3 days into having the vehicle the check engine light came on. Called and told them, took it in the next morning to get worked on. For two weeks I was informed it was the engine and nothing had been fixed yet. Finally going into the third week of them having the car, they said it was the fuse box which had to be replaced.
