Great experience with everyone!! GM is awesome and Assistant manager Josh is really nice!! They helped my nephew with his account to keep him in his vehicle! I dealt with a previous GM in grove named Jordan Hutchens and he was so rude and very inconsiderate! I’m glad he got fired!
The GM repoed my truck a week after I made a payment. I called her about it and she told me that I had to pay it completely current and we could figure something out with getting my vehicle registered. I said OK I’m on my way to get the account current as I am driving she Call me back and says actually you need to get your sales tax paid to get your vehicle registered so at that point I don’t have that kind of money laying around. The car mart in Pryor Oklahoma is absolutely ridiculous I understand being behind on the payment and they came and stressed my 75 year old dad for 4 hours over it and I tried and tried to make an online payment and kept getting invalid payment over and over again and I’m telling them on the phone and the general manager Nesa called me a liar in front of my dad on the phone and told him to hang up on me that she would do it her self and what do you know it doesn’t work for her either and she makes my dad drive over an hour wi... read more
