The car mart in Pryor Oklahoma is absolutely ridiculous I understand being behind on the payment and they came and stressed my 75 year old dad for 4 hours over it and I tried and tried to make an online payment and kept getting invalid payment over and over again and I’m telling them on the phone and the general manager Nesa called me a liar in front of my dad on the phone and told him to hang up on me that she would do it her self and what do you know it doesn’t work for her either and she makes my dad drive over an hour wi... read more
Amy and Neasa where so kind and helpful, great customer service at this particular location, all the staff that was working such amazing attitudes and very personable
I was there for 4 hours Amy and Shirley where great help but the rest of the staff were to interested in a puppy that the lady who was supposed to be verify me left in the middle of everything to go get. I am very displeased with their professionalism
I appreciate Amy so much! She helped me get into a car that feels comfortable and roomie. I'm excited!
