I just love Car-Mart in Pine Bluff they never disappoint me. I had brought from them three year ago and I certainly trade in my Truck. I told Mr. Mark I love my. Ford Expedition the one I had at first he was able to put me in another more updated vehicle then I had. Engine light came on made one call they told me to bring it back up in they handle everything in a timely manner I will alway choose them when I decide to do business in the future if they allow me too. Thank You Car-Mart once again.

The worst customer service ever carmart will literally and purposely sell a mess up car and blame you for everything wrong with the car. I spent over a $1000 putting new parts cause the car was having problems already of course 😑. They so shady in 2024 I called cartmart after work hours and it redirected me to a sex line weird but ok✋😐🤚 I told them about it they took the card act like it never ever happened. Miss Trina is very unprofessional. I would suggest hiring a mechanic that actually works on the vehicles first hand that come from car mart because sending the car to a whole different mechanic is crazy. I felt extremely disrespected.
