Great energy, Ciera was very welcoming and loved the little mascot
This is the worst place to purchase a car. I purchased a 2017 first. Drove off the lot, went straight to the car wash and the whole front bumper fell off the car. Took it back and Misty told me to bring it back on Friday. Took it back but chose a 2010 Ford Fusion with over 100,000 miles on it already and they tried to tell me that the 2017 and the 2010 was the same price at 16,000.00. Went to look at a couple vehicles and it seemed like the staff their couldnt care less about selling cars. I went in expecting to be greeted by the sales team, shown around the lot, have them answer questions but instead I had to go search for someone to talk to and then she had no enthusiasm what so ever about anything. I told her what two cars I was interested in and she sighed and gave me a price and then just went quiet so I just walked out
