I give them no stars and here's why. I purchased a Ford Mustang from them and that same day had to take it to there shop to get my window wiper arms fixed they both were broke and my passenger window motor fixed. Well the wiper arms fell off going down the road after I left the machanics shop during a rain storm almost caused me to crash because there shade tree machanic didn't put them on right. They have pretty cars but they will run good for a few weeks and then all hell will break lose. I haven't had mine 4 months and going back in THEIR SECRET shop once again for the 4th time in 7 weeks of pure hell and no way of going. Be careful.
I bought a car from them in 2013, I will say that the car drove well & lasted me 5 yrs without any super major repairs. However, I bought a 2005 Pontiac & I paid well over book value on that car. I get it it’s a business blah blah blah......but they are ripping ppl off so bad. I paid about $10,000 all together for a 2005 car.......when now I’m paying less than $15,000 for a 2016 camery. Car Mart gave my son and I the run around for 3 days stringing us along. They finally told us they could $500 down on a '13 Chrysler 200. Came back today to finish up the paperwork and pay the $500 just for them to say they changed it to $1000!!!!! Lying bunch of crooks. I'll NEVER do business there. They waisted 3 days of our time and my son still has no car for work. Sorry liars!!!!
