After paying close to $13,000 dollars on my vehicle and only owing $2100, they are unwilling to let me trade it in for a smaller more gas-efficient ride. instead told to wait until December and they will. it will be paid off January 10th. kinda pointless then.
Let’s put it this way the manager is a punk you confront him he hangs up on you, you also drove all thru my mother’s yard looking for my sisters car tore it all up got stuck then theirs foot prints all around her back windows so can you explain why your peaking thru her bedroom windows?

Do not go here to get a car. These ppl are unbelievable, 1st the salesman tells me they do oil changes and tune-up if the vehicle needs it. Not true when I was talking to their mechanic b4 he got fired he told me that he would get a tune-up done on it because he knew there wasn't one done Because it was mis-frying. i have done nothing but had my Ford Explorer in the shop THEY DONT DO THEIR PART but they want you to pay your payment and do your part. About a year ago yall got my car back after the transmission broke down for the 2nd time. It was a trailblazer. I refused to pay. You took it back. I had a CD case in the car and in it was a DVD of the only pictures I had of mother. I'd give anything to have that back
A freaking Joke! The reason we have buisnesses taking advantage of us is because people keep using there service. They need to be SHUT DOWN! So dont get a car from them! Its a joke
