After utilizing my service contract, that of which I pay for through my bi-monthly car payments, my vehicle has now been in the repair shop for 6 WEEKS as of today. Car-Mart insists on ordering the parts covered under said service contract from their corporate office. The service manager notified me that parts take 2-4 business days to arrive at the repair shop.
