Pathetic. Lies, Lies, and more lies. Must not take much to be a GM for this company. I’ve bought two, one from the Athens location and it’s been a blessing, great reliable truck, and great customer service. Decatur on the other hand, nothing but lies, and junk. Bought a 2010 GMC Acadia on 01/12/19, mentioned the sales rep the battery seemed weak and asked if he had to ever jump start during his morning start up, he said no GM drove vehicle for weeks and never any trouble. 2 days later left my Finance stranded. They are a big joke my girlfriend car broke down so they came and pick it up 3 days later took it all the way back to decatur to fix it when it was already it a real auto shop took it to their shade tree shop for a week and a half and still did not fix when the real shop toll them what it needed we call them ever day to check on car They would say the shop aint called them they waiting on part autozone get parts everyday we should have let the real to it in the first place end up have to go there anyway almost wreck the car ... read more
