I just bought my second car from them. Mrs. Tonya helped me get in a car that day because I was going to lose my job if I didn’t. They do everything they can to get you in what you want and for a price that’s to your liking. And Hugh is the best car salesman to see. He will let you know everything you should about a vehicle and what’s going to be the best deal for you and your income. I highly recommend going to see them about your next vehicle

Multiple issues, got the turbo charger changed for the 7 day satisfaction guarantee instead of exchanging cars(they offered fixing it). Received car after waiting 4 days and AC didn’t work…okay few days later now car stalls, and doesn’t start. Made purchase 02/08. Had to reach out to corporate Americas Car Mart customer service number, because Tuscaloosa location was no help. I LOVE this location !!! I got my vehicle through the Decatur location but make it a point to go to the cullman location to make my payments. The ladies at this location get me in and taken care of in no time and are always so nice and remember me every time. They go above and beyond to help everyone with any and all questions and issues and are consistent to a T. I prefer this location 100/1 to any other location in the state. Took 3 trips here before getting my new car. The staff was awesome, they helped me with everything I needed with no hesitation and helped me find the best car that had everything I was looking for. Definitely loved the manager for awesome personality and taking the time to go through everything with me. :)
