Chris Speegle was the Salesman i dealt with. He was great with honesty and really good at making you feel comfortable in your decision with buying a vehicle. I purchased the 2015 subaru and im very thankful for the quality and great experience they make it here.
We went in to check on being able to get a vehicle, we were pre approved online and received a call from Hugh almost immediately explaining the next steps. We went to the car lot and figured out what vehicle we were going to get, very smooth quick transaction was completed, they explained everything to us in grave detail and we drove away with a beautiful Camry that evening. Thank you for being so awesome, Hugh and the entire staff!
Had a wonderful experience. Hugh,Tonya and JoJo were all supper nice. They stayed over and worked everything to get me in a new ride that night.
I would absolutely NOT purchase a car here again. We got a car from them back in December. It’s been in the shop at LEAST 4 WEEKS out of the 5 months we’ve had it. Car mart is SLOW to get stuff done, their customer service is garbage, when you DO actually get to talk to someone nobody knows what the hell is going on. It takes them 2-3 weeks to get anything done just because they can AND WILL take their sweet ass time. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
I will start off by saying DO NOT GO TO THE CAR MART OF MUSCLE SHOALS!!!The Car Mart of Cullman is WELL worth the ride if you live in the shoals area or surrounding area.The corporate Car Mart is very attentive to issues and will do all in there power to solve any issues you may have as they did me.Cullman store is top notch customer service and has an extremely kind and outgoing rep named Joe Joe who assisted me along with Hugh Butler as the manager who put me in a real nice vehicle at an affordable rate.My hats off to the... read more
