Good customer service and GM, Ms. Debbie Smith was very clear in explaining the process and the importance of what was to come. I’d rather have been inside air but that’s a side note. Maybe, consider more staff to help customer management so the wait time isn’t so extensive and time consuming. Vehicle management was good except with cars online not being available on the lot at the same time, though some listings said, “coming soon”.
From the approval process to the backend of things, this is the place to go if you’re trying to rebuild and reestablish your credit!!! Couldn’t speak highly enough on the staff that’s there. Thank you Brady for hooking it up!! Will definitely recommend
I had to bring a coworker to pick up her car. We got here at 9 am to get her car that was supposed to be ready. She went in to get her keys to learn her keys wasn't even here. The worker had took her keys home with her from the day before. The guy told her that the lady was in route with her keys and only lived 15 minutes away. 1 1/2 hours later.
