I wish I could give a -100000000 rating. I needed a car immediately. Took all my documents to them they needed. They offered me a car, we went through the financial crap then they told me "oh wait we don't have a title for that car". I ask if they were trying to sell me a car they had no legal right to sell. I just walked out, my car I drove there wouldn't start again, every time I put it in gear it died (this was a car I bought from them 3 years ago-it was paid off completely). The absolutely worst company to ever use. They fraudulently sold me a vehicle that later on I found out had actually had 4 owners and been completely totalled once before, colonial/carmart of America never did replace the airbags that had deployed the body shop found severe damage to the a frame fire wall undercarriage and main frame from said previous accident that was not disclosed at the time of purchase and due to them doing a landlord special on the vehicle after getting into a rather minor wreck it had to legally to to... read more
This place sucks!! Nicole said that they go over every car that comes on the lot to sale. Guess what that is a lie. My niece was trying to buy a car from there. She picked one out. Just from looking at the car it seemed pretty nice. She decides to buy it. I followed her home. In the process of buying the car Mr. Williams did an amazing job and everyone that helped in the process. I really thought I was going to like dealing with them & would be a returning customer. I even sent people to them after me. Thii is a place almost killed my daughter by selling her a defective car which they knew and assured her it was fine. The car died while driving and locked up and severely her children. Car Matt conned her into getting into new car and added AGP's tracker to it which keeps killing the battery SO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES! I contacted a lawyer and have a great case. I called them and they basically said go to hell.
This company sold my daughter a car and it had error codes and promised her that it wasn’t an issue then the card did while driving and she got into a major accident. They conned her into taking another car which they put a gps on that kept killing the battery. Then they refuse to fix the lemon they sold her. DO NOT BUY HERE. THEY ARS CROOKED SND EILL PUT YOUR LIFE ON THE LINE FIR S $. I contacted a lawyer. Now the fun begins.
