Let me first say that I love Adrian that takes care of my account. But this is the only thing I like about Carmart. I WAS happy with my experience, but as of lately, the business is going down hill. I have made my payments even with them having my truck in the shop since May 19th. I get the run around on what's happening with my vehicle. If they wanted their money they would want it in hurry, but a paying customer gets the run a around about their vehicle in their shop. When I first bought this car It turned out that it needed thousands of dollars worth repairs including oil Pan gaskets and shocks, radiator, struts. And simple Maintenance things like brake pads in a need of an oil change. I talked to them and basically got the not our car not our problem we will fix xyz after you pay the $75 per your service contract.
