Don’t waste your money their vehicles do not last! You’ll be much better of Going to Byrider or car choice!! Take it from someone who knows and who had to put this mustang with 99 thousand miles in the shop over 8 times in the first 3 months of owning it and talk about corporate greed, rude and distasteful people! Not reliable. Manager cursed at a kid while I was in there. Plus they refused to fix my vehicle numerous times. Save yourself a headache and a little more money and don’t go to car mart I promise it’s not worth it!
RecommendedThe ladies in the back offices are rude and unprofessional. They have negative attitudes that make you not want to purchase from this location. The sales staff and the front desk are great to do business with. I have never personally bought from them, but I have been a reference for people. I wouldn’t buy here for the thought of dealing with them.

Have been dealing with car-mart for a week now. Had a car picked out, drove it and the electrical screen was broken. They found another vehicle. Took 4 hours to get it from a lot 7 miles down the road. Ended up and couldn’t sell it that day. Told me to come back the next day at 10am to pick it up (after signing paperwork and starting the process the day before). Arrived this morning and they stated they would have it here at 12:00. friend and I both had good experiences with Benton location. but the manager moved to Little Rock, it's went downhill since then. my daughter recently bought a Ford explorer, they said they would fix certain issues she found with it at no charge. claimed to fix them, sent it with her, same issues came back, started charging her, stayed in the shop more than she had it
Been dealing with CarMart for 20 years and hav bought 9 vehicles from them and never a bit of trouble until a month ago. Loyalty means not one thing to these people. Will never purchase from them again.
