I never brought from them but I was thinking about it I have no ride no were and it's hard to get around with kids I don't want to lose out on no money putting in to a car
let's see! they made me park my jeep with only being 1 payment behind, then try to make me pay a payment that wasn't even due yet.. then my husbands car messed up. we told them to take it to 1 or 2 shops that we knew would do right.. instead they took it to another shop. it sat there for 2 weeks, with them barely looking at it, but narrowed it down to having the transmission messed up., so they finally took it to another shop, where it sat for over a week. apparently they couldn't fix it. so now it's at ANOTHER shop, been si... read more
I recommend this place.
I DO NOT recommend going to car mart if you are looking for a car all of their cars have way too many problems. They don’t tell you about any of the problems and they won’t fix them. They do not work with you or help you with making payments like they say. So again I DO NOT recommend car mart!!!
I told my son don't buy from car mart. He did. Three months later and ESC power steering is screwed up and out. Have heard nothing but bad things about this place. He can't afford the big bucks to fix so he has a car he can't drive. They could care less.
They have always been really good about working with my husband and I. We just got our 5th vehicle from them. They will work with you if your having problems and can't make your payment on time. Also they have always taken care of any issue we had come up with a vehicle. I had issued with the engine in one of mine I got through them and it got put into the shop and got a completely new one and it only cost me 50$ which was the service fee.
Very shady dealership. Will sell you a car with lots of problems then tell you not covered under warranty and make you pay for it. Stay away!!!!!
