They lie to you. They tell you to yes make the two hour trip we generate we will sell you a car. BUT NO CAr AND BARTLESVILLE CAR MART EMPLOYEES ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS!!!!!!!
We have never had a problem. The staff is wonderful and Always helpful. All you have to do is talk to them. When something needs to be fixed on one of the cars, it may take a while to get it done, but they fix it. And as far as anyone complaining about the price of the vehicles, this is a buy here pay here lot, they are taking a chance on people with crappy credit and trusting you to pay their car notes, of course the interest rate will be higher.
not a very happy customer bought a van from here they had to work on it they are trying to charge me for stuff covered under the warranty also over 30 days since bought it i have no title yet and my paper tag expired yesterday they may not get another payment til i get a title
