This is my second bad experience with carmart. We have had our vehicle for 6 months and it already broke down. We are within our service contract to get it fixed but they will not give us a straight answer because they are "needing to get back into good graces with the car shops" they will promise a call back and not come through over and over. If I could give zero stars I would.
No communication whatsoever! We got our car at another location a couple years back but that lot shut down so we deal with this location. Our car needed service (was under warranty) and within the 2 months they’ve had our car in their possession they have given us little to no updates. When we call, we get the runaround “ oh call back tomorrow..” “oh so and so doesn’t work today”. They give attitude when we call to ask questions such as a time estimate. They are wonderful they work with you y'all need to come in and get a car
