Awful location! I was apart of a merge earlier this year to Norman and most of the people at the Norman location are rude, unhelpful and hateful. I had one person call me stupid over some questions I had about my warranty. They also will avoid letting you services you pay for like warranties.
My daughter bought a car from this dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The car started having multiple issues and eventually had to be taken to a repair shop. We were told it needs an entirely new motor, which is covered by warranty, but the dealership still has not approved the repair. She has now been without the car for almost two months, yet she continues making every payment on time for a vehicle she can't even drive. No matter how many times I try to set up an account on their website it never works. It’s like it’s intentional because it has only started happening now that I’m at the end of my loan. Very suspicious..
This is my second bad experience with carmart. We have had our vehicle for 6 months and it already broke down. We are within our service contract to get it fixed but they will not give us a straight answer because they are "needing to get back into good graces with the car shops" they will promise a call back and not come through over and over. If I could give zero stars I would.
