Worst mistake of my life!!!!! Purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from the Valdosta, Ga location. The car ran hot in 11 days!!!! I called Car mart to make them aware. Was told to drive the car to get a diagnostic. I was like the car is running hot!!! I did just that!!! Took it to a Firestone location. Diagnosed as needing a thermostat replaced. I initially got a GMC Terrain from the lot in Enterprise AL, within 2 days it started making a noise & stalling . I took the vehicle back the “mechanic” crunk it up & immediately said there was something wrong. I was told at that point I had to get another vehicle and I could use my 1 time 7 day exchange. I'm so over CarMart of Little Rock. I recently paid off my vehicle (missed 1 payment over the whole course of the contract-thru the pandemic) and due to me moving out the state, they are not sending me the title. My car has sat up for 8 months (while I continued to pay) unregistered due to not having the title. Now thats its paid-they still haven't sent the title & its been more than 30 days. Car Mart in Gadsden Al needs to be closed. They sold me a raggedy, dry rotted tires Dodge Journey that has given me problems since day one. I’ve took that car back to them so many times about the same thing and they always claim to have it fixed but it’s not. Through this whole process I haven’t spoke with the general manager. June 9, 2019 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to your company about a problem with my 2006 Jeep Laredo, in which I am currently making payments. I began to have trouble with the vehicle in February, and spoke to the manager to resolve this issue, with no solution. The thermostat was changed due to the temperature rising on the gauge. Car Mart North Little Rock and it's employee's are thieves they took a single working mom's down payment over a car that electrical problems. Tried the second car and it too have mechanical issues. If I could give this company a zero I would. On every level they are disrespectful, unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. They do not stick by their word as far as what they say your payments will be, it’s on a page you don’t sign. I do not recommend doing business with this company. It is of detriment to an individual not to do business with this company because your life could be in danger.
