I originally got my 3 row suv because the family was adding another baby on board. But sadly I loss him. Carmart was nice enough to work with me through hard times. All you have to do is be open and honest. They work with you on your payments try to help with any issues. But don’t try and play them because they will have you park that thang! This place bought a car from me. Never gave me a bill of sale. Sold the car to someone else after they told me the car would just be scraped. Never did a vehicle transfer. Now this person has been driving this car in my name since sep 2023. And I've been paying their toll fees not noticing till I received a zip cash for said vehicle today. Shady place. I'm pissed.

the guy called & ask me 1 question then told me “i’ll call you back i need to make a sale & then hug up” he was very rude & didn’t even give me a chance. of course dallas people’s 😂
