I can’t edit my original review, probably because it’s from 8 years ago and they just replied an hour ago, so I’m leaving another one. We were told it just needed a new speedometer and the transmission oil needed to be changed. That was no problem. It wasn’t uncommon 8 years ago to find a used car that needed a little work for a good price. It would’ve been fine if it needed a little more work than just that, but needing valves replaced, the transmission completely rebuild, brake pads, and sensors was ridiculous and not wort... read more
My experience with Frank was nothing but positive and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle purchase. I feel confident that the car I drove off of this lot is all I was looking for and I know that I got a great deal.
Don't listen to all these bad reviews about this place. Frank is an honest hard working man who's lived in Austin for over 50 years. He's a nice guy, respectful, showed me the cars I wanted to see, and it wasn't this big ordeal. Not pushy. I really don't understand what all the complaints are about. Give this place a chance if they have a car you like.
