Update to : Worst rudest customer service ive ever experienced! Dont ask questions its not thier problem after the sale. If I could rate no stars I would. The manager is rude and will lie to you. I went in with a friend to return a car and she was slow and nasty and lied about the paperwork. I asked her nicely how much longer it would take as I had an appointment to get to and she was dragging it out on purpose and she went off on me. I will never recommend this place. That manager should not be in a customer service position.
Jennifer (Sales Associate) and Randi (Asst. Manager) worked with me and my budget. They put me in a great Ford Fusion car. Very friendly. Fast and easy experience. After a decent down payment, I was in my car. Randi is very professional and upfront about all costs regarding the purchase. I really appreciate that! This was my second time buying a car with the Poplar Bluff Car Mart team. I am a satisfied customer and would encourage potential car buyers to give them a try. Thank you, Mike R.

The absolute worst company to buy from. My friend purchased a car from here 6 weeks ago and the tie rod was bad, and alternator went out. Took the car back up there and they wanted her to pay for it. She tried to work out payment plans to get it fixed herself and they refused. They wanted her to purchase the parts, and they would knock some money off the price of the car.
