I got a great car for a competitive price! Financing was easy and quick! Communication was great with Andrew, who spent an entire day messaging with me prior to my test drive to make sure I had the most convenient and efficient visit! They even sent an Uber for me! The experience was all inclusive, plates and tags handled! Would definitely but from them again!
I found the car on line. Andrew was exceptional to work with. I arranged to have an independent inspection done. It passed with flying colors. Andrew was very accommodating. There were a few “things” that came up from the insp -instead of negotiating around them Andrew just said “I will take care of that! “And he did! Sent me pictures and everything. I am so pleased with Car Luxe Motors. Their staff, Maher, Mike, Miguel, all jumped into help me with my vehicle today. I unfortunately had a bad battery (these things don’t last forever) and the owner sent someone to help me when I needed it. He stands behind his product. I didn’t expect that level of service from a dealer. Well he’s raising the bar….
