I don’t like that it automatically charges you for 10 minutes. Every other pay-by-card carwash I’ve been to just charges by time. The additive system didn’t work: pre-soak, high-pressure soap, etc. did not work. Just water. The bubble brush did work so it wasn’t a total loss. The water/spray or maybe the grease trap smelled vaguely of sewage. Not a nice thought as I was breathing in the spray for a few minutes. Would not recommend.

I tried taking my truck through one of there touch less washes it hit my trailer hitch and stopped so I lost 15 dollars then had to pull to a manual was to get the soap off of my truck that was another 8 dollars tried calling multiple times to see if they would make it right can’t get a answer on the phone number or email on another note I have taken this truck with that hitch through other touch less washes and have not had any problems

This place is always out of towels. I came from Charlottesville where the same company has one on Rio Rd. I've never had an issue getting towels there. Day or night they are replenished. This one is terrible. Plus the credit card reader doesn't work on the wash your own bays.

18$ for just enough soap suds to make a mess. Nothing else I left with my car not washed and $18 poorer for it. Am at another wash now for more money. Maintenance is a real thing!
