I had a great experience at carlotta. I went there with my mom never expecting to leave with a car and ended up leaving with a 2005 pt cruiser.
This place gave my family an approval and as we were about to sell our vehicle third party they told us not approved. They were about to leave 4 kids stranded without a vehicle cause they don't know how to do their job right! Spent 3 hrs waiting 1st excuse of length of time was due to computer crashing then approved then no your not as my car I own was about to get sold they said not approved almost making my kids suffer in heat and without a ride!!! Very poor business horrible service
