I have had a lot of vehicles in my past but the last 2 vehicles I have got from Carlotta and as long as I have Trisha as my agent I would and will recommend her to anyone!! She is honest, and she not only watches out for car-lotta but she watches out for the customer as well!! I think there should be more car sales people like Trisha because if there where more people would buy cars!! She is a great sales person and very patient you need to hire more like her!! Well done Trisha you do a great job don't change for anyone!!

Don't go there!!!! If I can give them no stars, I would have. WILL NEVER EVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THEM!!! Best of luck to those who still decide to go there. Very long story, but needless to say, the salesperson would not come outside because it was cold, they would not replace what was wrong with the car and when they did it was BARE minimum. They wanted $100 just to look at the car, not saying if they would fix it. A friend of mine had the same problem where they got a van from them, driving it home the check engine light ... read more
