This place will sell you a car that will fall apart quick. They sold me a Lincoln and the shifter broke and right lower control arm almost fell off when I was getting my family for my 17 year old son's funeral. I just made my first payment and the car scrapped out.
they don't care about you in the very least. miss one payment due to an action caused by something out of your control and they tell you "you can't just throw your hands in the air and just let it go" I am on workmans compensation. they had a hiccup in paperwork and my check has cleared. I ask them to do something to help so I can go to my doctors appointments and I get met with unsympathetic and someone unable to understand that not everyone is trying to steal from them. they need to learn better customer service this is ri... read more

This place is the biggest rip off there is. The customer service sucks and the cars are trash. They lie to you about everything and they prey on the fact that you are desperate for a vehicle and they triple the price of what a brand new car would run you. I just paid off my car with this place and will never recommend them to anyone.
Dont trust the reviews! They offer 50 dollars as a gift for reviews when you buy the car and entrance into sweepstakes for 5 star . Its bullshit! So, I purchased an 09 mazda 6 from them with a 3 month warranty. 400 dollars a month plus 80 a month for their insurance because their salesman Jay stated if anything happens they'll wipe the slate clean and I'll be able to come in and pick out a new car. Customer service is the worst! It’s impossible to ever get someone to sit face to face with you when your dealing with a dirty business. They don’t do things by the book they do things how they want to ! I’ve spoke to the quote on quote general manager over the phone 3 times , Today was my last straw trying to have a face to face sit down and overview of my contract.
