I had an excellent experience at Car Kingdom Auto Repair. I was driving on the highway from another town when my car suddenly started to lose power and eventually stopped on the side of the highway. I called Car Kingdom, and they told me to come in as soon as I could. Even though the shop was extremely busy, Ali managed to fit me in right away. So disappointed with service, took my suv in to be repaired. Advised me that the blower motor was fine but could be the resister so I agreed to have it switched out. No one advised me that it would be an aftermarket part or that putting an aftermarket part in would cause the blower to work incorrectly until they advised me it was finished and not working properly. Terrible first-time experience. Went in for a horn repair and waited 3 hours after a quick drive test they said they couldn’t fix it. I also asked them to install my molding flare trim; instead they used the wrong clips, called my trim ‘after-market,’ and still charged me $100. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
