They washed my car and also detailed very quick. Would really recommend it
It was not busy, only car being dried, prices have gone update $5. For each service. After waiting 45 minutes for my car only to see that it hadn’t been washed yet, it was sitting first in line but no one was doing anything with it, I located the owner and complained, said if it wasn’t washed right away I wanted my money back. He went out and came back to tell me it was getting washed but I could see it was not moving, he checked again 10 minutes later. It finally got washed. Slowest place ever. I have come here several times and always hope for better service. The office staff was at least nice today but the whole car washing process is WAY too long. 3 cars in line and 4 workers and we sat for 1 1/2 hours waiting. Next time I’ll drive to EDH or Folsom.
Friendly and thorough. Also a toddler’s dream because You can watch cars get washed, playing a fountain, or climb on a play structure.
The place to go if you want a clean car, always get a good wash and a clean car looking like new.
I was very pleased with the service I got! The new owner introduced himself to every customer waiting for their car and went out of his way to ensure an excellent experience for every customer. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis and I highly recommend.
I've been here for over 40 minutes and my car hasn't moved an inch. Still not vacuumed. Not really very crowded. This is a joke. Almost doesn't matter how good/bad the wash is, it shouldn't take an hour (+) to get a car wash!
THEY SUCK. DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. MANAGER NOT WILLING TO CORRECT WASH MACHINE PROBLEMS. THE EMPLOYEES SAW THE SCRATCHES, SAID IT HAPPENS A LOT. THE MANAGER BLEW IT OFF SAYING IT DID NOT HAPPEN FROM THEM. THAT'S TOTAL BULLSHIT AND I IF YOU LIKE YOUR VEHICLES TO STAY NICE "DON'T" GO TO CARIZMA
