Horrible customer service I am not one to leave reviews normally, but today I'm compelled by the rudeness and utter lack of respect shown towards me and my wife. We were recommended Car-isma because they specialize in Honda/Acura. To date, we have only had small items done here, oil changes, tires mounted and balanced etc. Nothing really to report either way on the service. Avoid Car-isma – Avoid going to Car-isma in Cedarburg. Thier primary incentive is to pull money from your hands. They will mis-diagnose your problem to profit themselves. A week ago I took my Civic to them with an oil leak. They looked at it and said that is was a cracked oil pan and would have to be replaced. The quote was for two hours of work and a new pan. Car repair for you import Car isma motors is a great place to get your car fixed or upgraded. Although it is hard to find (located in an industrial park in Cedarburg) they have some great employees who really know their stuff. My friends and I have taken our cars there for years and they never fail to satisfy.
