Horrible customer service I am not one to leave reviews normally, but today I'm compelled by the rudeness and utter lack of respect shown towards me and my wife. We were recommended Car-isma because they specialize in Honda/Acura. To date, we have only had small items done here, oil changes, tires mounted and balanced etc. Nothing really to report either way on the service. Car repair for you import Car isma motors is a great place to get your car fixed or upgraded. Although it is hard to find (located in an industrial park in Cedarburg) they have some great employees who really know their stuff. My friends and I have taken our cars there for years and they never fail to satisfy.
