This has been the WORST car buying experience my husband and I have had!!! We traded 2 vehicles in for 1. It was late so they said "bring the car back tomorrow and we will detail & fix what's needed". Ha, yeah right!!! Expedition bought July 6, FINALLY "fixed" August 16. Only because I called twice a week... Keep in mind, 2 vehicles still need payoff at this point. 1 of them STILL isn't paid off (Sept 19). After getting the run around from MANY different people.
