they didnt even look at my pre-qualification paperwork. I had to fill out a new loan application. Through them I had to come up with 3 times the down payment otherwise I would not qualify for their loan. When I got the requested Cashiers check for the down payment the bank made it out to "the Car Giant" When I got home, I called to verify the name. They wouldn't accept Car Giant ,it had to say The Car Giant Auto Sales. So I had to return to banks and have them re-do the Cashier Checks( they don't accept personal checks
Great people. Excellent service!
Although it wasn't the car for us, they were very pleasant and helpful.
