Had to make an emergency stop for repairs in Cookeville. The staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. I don't live in Cookeville, but if I did these would be my guys!
We have going to Goodyear of Cookeville for a very long time. When I lived in town, I would tell everyone to get their cars repaired there. Best place in town with awesome customer service. I even had my car put on a flatbed truck and towed from Fayetteville, Tn and fixed there.
I was losing tire pressure. Oh no!! Had to get somewhere I felt I could trust. Since I was there one other time I was Comfortable. They fixed the leak and explained the problem and I was back on the road.
Very honest & saved me quite a bit of money by not making unnecessary repairs when I was told at another place I need them.
Monday evening I stopped by the Goodyear in Cookeville. I noticed they were closed but I had an emergency as I had run over a big screw. The Manager Matt Turner was walking to his car and I asked if he knew another place that may be open. He took the time to pull my tire off and repair it even after the place was closed. Not many people would go above and beyond like Matt did. I will refer anyone I know to this store as it’s the most honest and trustworthy place to get tires in the Cookeville area.
Huge shout out to you guys for staying late and helping us while traveling. We were the ones with the black impala and 2 bad back tires. I'm very grateful. Merry Christmas!
