Car financial services needs to be closed or change personal due to lack of communication as to the rude words and attitude I do not recommend this to no one they are rude and I mean all of them including supervisors and employees. I'm having the same issues as I've been reading, absolutely horrible customer service. Horrible business. I purchased 2 cars from a local buy here pay here, and a month later without any notice the went out of business, and without giving me any notice they gave all of my information to this car financial services. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from a small car dealership recently this company purchased the loan. During the Covid-19 crisis my husband has been out of work and so we decided to reach out to the company to see if they were offering any kind of assistance to their customers. We are on time, fought with them when they bought our account from a small dealership. No one knew what the other was doing. Both loans are showing on my husbands credit report for both companies which is bringing his score down and is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Now this month, they deducted Decembers payment TWICE! Once on the 6th and once on the 13th WITHOUT APPROVAL!! Was so happy to have my car loaned payed off at last. Made last payment and was waiting to hear about title. Went back online to see if there was any notice and had a new balance of almost $16...??? Figuring it may be for the title i went ahead and paid it as well as another card processing fee of 4.99 which is stupid to charge to begin with (was not about to give these people access to my bank account info). Spoke with multiple representatives in the last month in regards to my payment not being transfered to my new loan company and the rep was basically telling me its nothing that he can do and just left it at that. They were saying I had no history of payments with them. this has been going on since April 13th. No one could get a manager to help me with my problem until today. They lack communication and professionalism.

Very rude company and not respect for costumer.
I bought a vehicle from a used car dealership, and the salesman used Car Financial Services as a form of monetary collection while there was a lien. After making all payments in the full amount and on time, I expected my vehicle title to be mailed to me. This also coincided with a move out of state, and the tags expiring. This company is not a honest company they are unfair and deceptive bussiness after i pay my car the loan was pay in full they denied to release the car title without no reason i still fighting for the title
