Originally purchased from a buy here pay here was unaware account was being sold to car financial, never signed any contracts or paperwork with car financial. Ive made my payments for the last year and a half with no issues to this company. Got a car financed from CGA Auto 6/15/23 through this ********** returned the car because it had transmission issues on 7/7/23 & was told the contract was voided. I started with a buy here pay here named ********** in ********, ** they got me a loan with Car Financial Services. I paid 2 years of completely on time payments. I have an issue with your companies customer service. I spoke with the manager ****** of your ************* office, and he was very rude. While I was on the phone he was laughing. He informed me the calls were not recorded when clearly automated system said the were recorded. He was also very short and condescending when he was speaking to me. Back in 2019 I was homeless and pregnant! Oh baby where do I start its the communication for me. These people are shady as h*** I tell you. I have a 2013 ***** and Im paying WAY more than whats the car is worth. I just had a repossession on a late payment that I just spoke to these dumb people about at this point. Got a vehicle from local small lot. Apparently Im now with Car Financial. I had no say so in my account being given to them. Its been a headache since that happened. Yes Im the secondary on the loan. The previous dealer knew this and had zero issues calling me about anything. Car financial has been told multiple times the other person doesnt pay so dont text contact him first, they still do.
