My experience with Joe was pleasant along side with his wife. His process is so simple. Fill out his form on his website and he does the rest. I basically only had to come in to test drive and sign papers. Joe is a miracle worker and worked effortlessly on getting me an approval and I was able to drive off with the car he had listed. Also within less than a month. I came to this dealership looking for a used car and was first shown one that stalled during the test drive — already a bad sign, but the dealer (Joe) said he was fixing it. He then showed me another car he said had “prepped for a family member” and that I’d thank him in five years for buying it.
