I've been renting on a regular basis from this office for years now, and I've never had anything but the most positive experiences. Professional, warm, courteous, and fair. Highest recommendation.
Had a recent experience with my car breaking down and needing to be towed. When I called Enterprise they were extremely helpful and even offered to pick me up at work. The process of picking up and returning the rental was seem less. They allowed me to return it at a different location closer to where the auto shop was and even gave me a ride to where my car was. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!
Love the crew at the Upland location. They are friendly, helpful, and do what they can to help their customers. They go above and beyound the normal customer service job.
