The experience was great at first. That did not last. They sold my husband and I a Dodge Grand Caravan in which the engine went out within the first month. They fixed the engine at our expense by adding an additional $1000 to the cost of the van. We continued to ask for the paperwork for the engine and they could never provide it. We paid the van off in full according our written agreement. We paid the engine off as well according to a verbal agreement.
