This place stole $100 from me. Pretended to “diagnose” a bad alternator despite having just replaced it. When I said I was taking the car somewhere else they were incredibly rude and turns out the alternator was fine. They wouldn’t release my car until I gave them $100 for a charge they never disclosed for a service they clearly didn’t perform. Saved $700 by switching mechanics. Do not go to Pueblo Car Doctor.
They are scam artist. Dishonest as hell. Look at Facebook holding someones car for ransom that was stolen.
RecommendedI blew a tire on a curb on my way out of Pueblo on the day that we were trying to move clear across the country to Alabama - we were desperate for help to stay on schedule, and I think a lot of auto repair shops would have taken advantage of that to make more money off of us. Instead, Car Doctor hooked us up with a really great deal on a new tire and the service needed to get us back on the road, and they were very efficient, too. I could not be more pleased with the service there.
Shitty service! Didn't listen to what I had to say, was just out to screw me over and take my money, being a female! Took over 3 hours, cost over $400 and didn't fix or even diagnose the problem! Don't go there, really shitty!

Took my car to get the engine replaced, had a great transmission. Got it back with a good engine and a transmission that won't hardly shift at all. I knew it needed an engine was told it had a great transmission, went 3-4 miles and transmission doesn't work. Went back and was told maybe it was the transmission instead of the engine they could put in a transmission for $2,200 after I just paid $2,800 for the engine. Talk about a rip off. Car Doctor doubled their price when I got there and charged me $94 to look at my car for 10 minutes. I went somewhere else where they made a reasonable quote which was covered by my warrenty and I paid the $100 deductable. $100 and my car is fixed. $94 at Car Doctor for a scam. Go somewhere else.
I've been going to car doctor for years and usually had great service and was never overcharged. However, yesterday I had bought a new battery and an oil change. When I went to pick up my car, much to my surprise , I was charged $250. I fail to see how a car battery's price cane go up $100 in three years.
