I reached out to the dealership interested in a truck they had listed. The pictures and listing description did not match. So I contacted them, who ever I interacted with was rude, careless and unhelpful and furthermore it very much seemed as if they knew it was wrongly advertised to get a higher price on it. I definitely will NOT buy from this place.
Very unprofessional, they had absolutely no motivation whatsoever to try and call me back with updates. I had to keep calling them. I Spoke to the sales manager and he said he would get back to me in a few minutes and once again, no call back. Horrible customer service.
The owner is very nice, but I was sold an Absolute lemon! Bought a tahoe from them that has serious electrical problems. It was brought to their attention the day after buying the car. They had it at their shop for a week and fixed the heater didn't fix the electrical. They sell everything as is.
