Mis-listed the car, then doubled down with insults and racism. Bold strategy to take. Avoid this dealership. Our experience with Car Deals Direct on Keele was appalling from start to finish. The vehicle was mis-listed, and when this was pointed out, Ryan Francis became hostile instead of taking responsibility. Passing off vehicles as higher trim levels is concerning, and refusing to correct such issues is unacceptable.
