They dont service what they sell and no shame to sell clunkers with BIG ISSUES
Cheryl was super unprofessional and unhelpful. Mae too. Dont deal with these middle man out here giving that stereotypical bad vibes to used car sales 🍋🍋🍋🍋
Pushy sales tactics and if you need to access their warranty - which they add on to you bill without consent ot notice - they give u the run around for weeks.
Horrible service. Don't honor their warranties. Try to hide the added fees by only showing the pages you need to sign and distracting or pulling the page away when you ask for transparency. Very disappointing.
Aslan was very polite and very professional, he helped us to find the best SUV, and gave us an awesome service
