Yamile Penaloza was amazing. She helped us out and was very nice as well. She and Jeremiah took the time to answer all our questions. They made sure that I picked the right trim level that I would love the most and most importantly Yamile made sure our process was smooth and great. I definitely recommend going to this Acura Palatine location, everyone was very nice and helpful. Steven was amazing as well, he took care of me and my husbands vehicle when it came to maintenance. Always nice and friendly.
Had a great experience working with Ivan and Adrian. Ivan was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Adrian in finance was fast, informative, and transparent, which made everything stress-free and easy to understand. Both of them treated me with respect and never made me feel pressured. Definitely one of the better dealership experiences I’ve had — highly recommend asking for Ivan and Adrian if you stop by.

Didn’t like the atmosphere too many salespeople gather together.
Just purchased a CPO 2023 Acura MDX A-Spec from an Acura dealer in Hoffman Estates and was not at all satisfied with the customer service I received. Brought my car in last week to have a couple things looked at and Arlington Acura was extraordinary. They resolved my issues in a timely manner and even updated my Infotainment system and gave me a wash in the rain! Thank you! I’ll be bringing my MDX here from now on!
