Very disappointed in this dealership. At first when I went there I was trying to find an Acura SUV. The white one that was already there was sold and Frank had informed me that he was receiving another black Acura within the next couple days. When I got to the dealership to test drive the car his wife told me that the vehicle was worth $13,995. Frank the sales guy and assuming owner is not a good business guy. Ask him to get me a car he high jacked the price and then when signing the loan numbers where not correct so I decided not to go further with the deal. Now he says i have to pay dock fee which was $795.00 that he was keeping and not refunding from my deposit that he refused to give back i will never anyone here or go there again just wants your money not an honest sales man
Purchased a 2010 suburban just over a month ago. On day 30 the engine light came on and the oil pressure gauge went to 0. Called and talked to Frank who seemed delighted to tell me I had no warranty, that they only had to make it pass inspection which it did after they adjusted the emergency so that it is so tight you have a hard time pushing the parking brake down. I have to stand on it. They are very deceitful. They tell you stories too suck you in.
