Happy Customer. They rock!! We began buisness with Sharpe Auto almost 3 years ago and couldn't be happier with the service! They are always courteous and polite. They are always willing to work with you and try very hard to help you out. For example when our Mini Vans door fell off the track all we had to do was call them and it was fixed that same day! Rebuttal to Rebuttal.... Nice try on the damage control there, but that post was posted back in 2009. You've had several complaints since then and that one was pretty vague. Bottom line, your business is below decent standard, and you should be more fair and courteous to your customers because Warrensburg is a very small town and word will keep getting around.
Highly UNReccomended... ONLY if you have horrible credit, and an unnecessary amount of money saved for a down payment should you get a vehicle from Sharpe Auto. Unless you are persistent about it, they probably won't fix or address any issues you have with the vehicle. The cars, for the most part have high mileage and guaranteed to have AT LEAST one issue. Rebuttal to UNHAPPYCUSTOMER I am familiar with this transaction/situation/individual having entered into the rent-to-own contract with him and also having to terminate that contract. This individual never once informed us of any mechanical issues with said vehicle which obviously does not afford us the opportunity to remedy any issue, as we always attempt to do. not any good to me I got a car from them and the motor went out in about a mouth.I had the warrent ,but they would not cover it.I had the warrent on it and they told me it was my problem.I was not going to pay for something they need to fix or for the car.They came and got it and when thety did they did it all wrong.They damage proporty at my home.Ihave not heard any more from they and thets ffine with me.
