I changed jobs and reached out to them literally begging to move my payment by just a week. Their response? “That’s not our problem.” No flexibility, no empathy, no basic human decency. They don’t care about your circumstances or loyalty they only care about money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this predatory, heartless company.
Not sure how this company was able to change my review but I just noticed that this morning they are not a five star rating. They’re not even a single star. They are con artist ripoffs don’t know how to do business don’t be one day late on your car payment or they will come get it. Somebody needs to call Ice.
