I got rear-ended the other day. The other party's insurance was Geico. I was given a list of folks to choose from to have the repair done. I chose Car Crafters. They were super easy to work with. Their automated system kept me posted on the repair progress, and it was done much sooner than expected. Folks were super nice, and they have an Enterprise car rental office on site so I could get my rental - also covered and coordinated by Geico - all in one fell swoop. Very convenient. Highly recommend!
