They lie. Do not use! Was told repeatedly they were looking at my car and they never did. Finally after days, I had the insurance company call them and they said it was probably a total loss. So, a week later my car now has to go to the insurance salvage yard to be estimated. If they aren't going to get the big bucks from fixing it they aren't interested in doing their job.
Don't use them. They work for the insurance company not for you.
Jason Snook and his staff demonstrate true professionalism and excellence. I've never had better communication about my vehicle and their progress. I recommend Car Craft to any who need this service.
