RecommendedI cant say enough about the quality of the work and the friendliness and kindness if the staff here ! I was in a major bind right before Christmas 2019, my truck was vandalized and windows broke out and the people at Car Craft went above and beyond to help me and my Daughter while my spouse was out of town working. I hightly reccomend and I will use them for any future needs !
I picked this place, because my insurance company suggested this place. I have dropped my car off twice, picked my car up twice, both times assured that everything was fixed correctly. It was not. I now have to go back a third time. Very disappointed at the quality of work. Nobody does a final check/quality review to make sure your car is in the same condition it was in before it was dropped off for service. Was a walk-in with new window repair and Dustin wasted no time checking out the need of repair and letting me know when I can bring in my car. During the repairA window got busted and without hesitation they replaced it at no charge. Top-notch customer service and I had called the repair at a reasonable price. If I need anything else done to any of my vehicles I will definitely be going there.
Great work and no hassles. Worked directly with insurance. I'd definitely recommend!
