aweful just aweful AWEFUL! purchased veh here in December, bought on a thursday and on tuesday it wasnt running. No fuel filter and there were no fluids in the car. NO FLUIDS! NONE! Motor oil, transmission fluid or coolant. well there very well may have been some fluids but it was only enough to get me from their dealership in Lynnwood back down to puyallup. I am quite concerned about my recent experience with Car Craft Auto Sales. My son recommended them, as he has purchased over ten cars from them throughout the years and the previous owner appeared to have integrity. However, the new owner has been disappointing. An agent claiming to be from Car Craft Auto Sales contacted me via text message, asking for a copy of my ID. I would give 0 stars if I could. They knew my car needed front control arms.take advantage of someone on dissability with health issues that needs a reliable car to get to doctors weekly. Just got my updated credit report they charge 38 percent interest way above Washington state usuary laws. People know your rights! I contacted the attorney General and was given their complaint email and Also given lawyers numbers who work with them also contacted the BBB. I bought my **** ****** Prius on 2018. The dealership staff was great from the moment I walked in their front door. Price and financing was very reasonable and they even help build my Credit. I will recommend my friends and family.

Mi esposo y yo compramos una 2010 ****** Sequoia de Car craft. Despus de la manejada negcianos el precio y la compramos. Ya tenemos ms de 1 ao con nuestra camioneta y no hemos tenido ningn problema con ***** En mi opinin Car craft se merece mil estrellas, son fabulosos.

Ive bought 2 cars from Car Craft. I find them to be very reasonable on the quality of cars they sell vs price. I use my own financing with my ************* so I dont use their in-house financing. Even though I can shop anywhere, I like coming back here because of their customer service.

I bought a pontiac G6 2007 from this dealership because, I've bought a car from them before. No one explained that there was a convenience fee I have to pay anytime I make a payment through the phone. Anyone who reads about car dealerships knows that convenience fees are fraudulent. I called to dispute the fees but they were rude. I was transferred to someone who was obviously not the manager and he lied and compared it to gas charges when you, in his own word "buy a 5 dollar gas from a gas station". This is absurd.
