It's a place to get a vehicle or truck,good employees and beautiful area setting...the town of Clute..where it is located is a very nice town..friendly and good Mexican Restaurant's.
I've been doing business with Car Country for the past few years. I just purchased my second car with them. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. On July 2nd I was on my way home from work. I work overnight. I had a blowout on the Hwy. Very scary. I had only been in my new car for 2 weeks, so I was pretty upset. Car from dealership have had nothing but problems with I got it and the transmission blew out so I got it replaced then took the receipt to car country hoping that they would help me out with something then they told me “you should have called us” but I had called them about the power steering messing up and they said they would call me back and never did wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy this 2010 impala has been reposted on there website don’t recommend buying the VIN is 2G1WB5EK7A1168996 and it has 116k miles
Unfortunately, my experience at Car Country in Clute, Texas, was disappointing. The sales representative seemed uninterested in assisting us, and we felt unwelcome. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to others. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service and inclusivity.
