Good customer service at desk. They have reasonable prices on used parts. They either salvage it for you or you do it yourself for a discount. Wide selection. Called for an estimate on part and paid exactly price for it plus tax. Can return parts if they dont work. Mechanics do look at you weird sometimes, if youre from out of town. A simple "Hi" would tell me Im welcomed.
