I will never buy a car here again, we bought a truck here in May 2024. The truck had a bad transmission. The dealer said they would have it repaired and sent it to a transmission shop in ********. The transmission shop took over 2 months to repair it. I would constantly call the dealer and the repair shop to see when it would be ready, but i was always given false hope. Unreliable, Unresponsive, unaccountable dishonest. This dealer and it's sales people are no trustworthy people. Had a series of major issues with a 2015 GMC Terrain within DAYS of purchase. The Catalytic Converter was bad and would not pass inspection. At purchase, they assured that this vehicle was fully inspected and there were no issues. Wrong! I would never recommend nor refer anyone to this small mom and pop car dealership. They make false statements and promises. Most of all lack integrity. I went to inquire about purchasing, with cash a particular vehicle. We bought a truck there in catersville and a week after engine started knocking the guy bought another engine but I had to pay 500 to him to have put in the truck. One year truck knocking again worst then the first the one. I will never buy another car from here. They suck. Go some where they have some warranty.
Erica, isn't it odd how people can remember things so differently? I made a verbal agreement with your husband that I would loan a substantial amount of money on vehicle he owned. He had two (2) cars and I said that either would be ok for collateral. You came in and wanted to borrow on BOTH cars effectively DOUBLING the amount we had agreed to. great experience I got a Chevy trail blazer almost a month ago from corner and I worked with Shane. I was having a transmission problem I called Shane today and he told me to bring in the car tomorrow and they would get it fixed even though there's no warranty on it. Glad I chose car corner there great people!
